Ralph Wyss joined Gilde in 1996 and is based in Gilde’s Zurich office, which he established in 2004. Ralph has led the Eismann, Spandex, Hofmann-Menü, Powerlines, walter services, Stankiewicz, CABB and Soudronic buyouts. Ralph has been instrumental in the fundraising for the recently raised Gilde Buy-Out Fund IV.

Before joining Gilde Ralph was at Citibank, relocating in 1993 to their London office where he was responsible for more than 10 continental European buyouts worth over €2 billion.
